Well...after a nice quiet day, monsterous storms are starting to move into my location. A huge line of strong to severe storms is moving eastward to my location. These storms have had the ability to drop some hail and winds over 60 mph. I am starting to hear the thunder now. The sky is rapidly becoming dark. I will post an update when things have cleared by to my east. The counties to my west and to my south are all under severe thunderstorm warnings. This is the latest radar image from the State College office...

All clear! Had about 20 minutes of solid rain. Not a lot of thunder nor lightning with the rain...though the power did manage to go out for about 3 minutes. We didnt even have any wind with the storm. We got .6" of rain in just about 35 to 40 minutes. The road looked like a river from the heavy rain. I watched the rain slowly move over the hill just to our south and west to the house. It took its sweet time to get the 2 football fields to where I am located.
