Same with me especially three in a row. IMO at least one of these waves might develop into a TC.

Probably because they are trying to wrap up Alberto first, and they think this thing has no risk of becoming a TD by tomorrow. I would guess they start mentioning it later today or tomorrow.

I would not be surprised if the Navy in coordination with NHC issues 91L invest if the wave starts to get better organized.

from our friends from the 46th weather squadron at Eglin AFB, FL

1000L 13 June Tropical Update:

"There are two other areas we are watching this morning. Both are a long way from Eglin. The first is a tropical wave moving through the northeast corner of the Caribbean. As it tracks across Cuba and eventually the southern end of Florida over the next several days it may be something to keep an eye on by the weekend if it gets into the central Gulf. One model suggests it might be a threat to form into something that approaches Texas/Louisiana in 6-7 days. Farther out in the central Atlantic, a strong tropical wave is moving westward. Normally, we do not expect much from these waves until later in July, but this disturbance is unusually well-formed for mid-June and may be something we discuss further down the road."

Look at the north side of the TW. Isnt ithat outflow boundries moving northward. That would mean no development. Wouldnt it?
