It's not cold core. Section I is the temperature outside the 'eye' or center and J is the temp inside the 'eye' or center.

Ummm . . . then 11pm would be the last advisory if another pass through doesn't prove these numbers wrong. I'm not positive I'm reading those numbers right (I, J, K) but I believe I. is in the eye and J. is outside the eye.
Actually, I. may be right outside the eye, J. in the eye, and K. the warmest recorded outside of the eye - I think this one is right.
EDIT: OK, the second guess was right. It's warm core, by a good bit too. Pro mets: Doesn't that strong difference indicate a good potential for strengthening?

Actually, I. may be right outside the eye, J. in the eye, and K. the warmest recorded outside of the eye - I think this one is right.
Who would take control of the system after that, the OPC? HPC?
