I'm not so sure the surface LLC is still moving NE, the Tampa radar would only be able to pick up the mid-levels that far away. When you go to the Tallahassee radar you see another spin much further NNW than the circulation you see on Tampa Radar. Knowing that the mid and upper is being sheared to the NE one has to wonder what the other spin moving northward is.

the one to the nnw is probably the surface low
