That energy is going to be sucked up into Alberto. The TW east of the Leewards went poof. Alberto is the show. What the weather like over there in Crystal River?

Too far south to be sucked into Alberto, I think. It's raining in Crystal River, but just light to moderate at the moment. Nice breeze -- no A/C today!

You might be right Dixie We have seen tails develop in the past. Little humid for no AC over here at least I dont smell smoke today. This storm is a blessing for Central Fl. Hopefully no one gets hurt.

I would say this S. Carrib. area has a slight chance of developing, but my main concern will be in the Gulf starting around June 20th. This is when JB thinks another "pulse" of activity will occur. He was right about Alberto, so I think he may be right with the next "pulse" too.

Dixie looks like the SW Car. energy is beginning to be pulled north into Alberto. Batten down the hatches. I would suggest anyone living in trailor homes be ready to evacuate in case of straight line winds or tornadoes.

I would say it has a chance of developing. Small, but definetly a chance.
