Wel,I guess that with what is going on with 90L in the Western Caribbean noone will care about this new invest at the EPAC but anyway here it is.

6 threads on the 90L in the western carribean, and only one on this. =/. I think there is a fair chance of development.

A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE HAS FORMED A COUPLE HUNDRED MILES SOUTH
OF ZIHUATANEJO MEXICO. THE ASSOCIATED THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS
LIMITED AND UPPER LEVEL WINDS ARE ONLY MARGINALLY CONDUCIVE FOR
TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IN THIS AREA. DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...
SHOULD BE SLOW TO OCCUR DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS THE
SYSTEM MOVES SLOWLY WESTWARD.

It still looks ok...I cant believe there is still only one page on this...if there was not 90L this would have 6 or so pages by now...I dont think it will form into Bud...but it is a possibly...

Invest 94 is just a tropicaal wave, but Invest 90L organized tropical low. That's the big difference right now between these two invests.

I don't so. This system is not showing any signs of development compared to 90L.
