There are some better air fares I think, if you keep an eye on the different airlines...I get specials in email from American, Spirit, etc. It would cost me as much to get to STM as anyone from the States! But I love St. Martin and Grand Case in particular - I'd have a *friends* shopping list as long as my arm though!
We have a season to toss around the ideas...I would love to tout Culebra but this place is known for its *nothing going on but beauty (awww, poor us!)* and might be dull for some, whereas San Juan has lots to offer shopping and entertainment wise plus people could do a day trip to Culebra, if they wanted...

Excuse me? If you guys decide to FLY somewhere, to an island, it had better be to one of ours down here, either PR, Culebra, BVI, or St. Martin!!! We can certainly make sure a good time is had by all!! Right Luis, MJ, Barbara???

That is soooo true. I remember too well our cruise (the Farewell of the Norway as I recall), through the Caribbean! The music, the food, the parties.... okay waxing nostalgic again; but I like these kinds of thoughts a lot better than some of those earlier ones.

*Snicker* Nope, not quite showing my age, just my music trivia knowledge. I wasn't born then. But I liked to listen to oldies back when "oldies" stations played 50's and 60's music. Never was a big fan of the 70's.

Yikes! Not quite an original title, but a sinister one.

Please don't bring anything my way 2006.

Yeah, don't bring anything my way either. Largely, my family was lucky to escape with as little damage as we did and I don't want to tempt fate again.

Hopefully we won't have any major hurricanes at all;Texas, Louisianna, Florida, and New York really don't need a major.
