GFS June 4 - 5 low crossing Cuba
This is unlikely to amount to much given the dip in the jet forecast to persist over Florida and western Cuba through this period, but given that the GFS has been insisting on this feature for days now and we're well into the high-res portion of the run, I thought I'd mention it ...

Right, noticing the 850mb voticity for the last 2 days it has moved it north into the florida straights and now south in to central and eastern cube. Definitely something to watch as it has been pretty consistent from gfs in it's time frame. I think I remember something from a MIA discussion yesterday about something getting interesting towards the end of the forecast period.

Yea, but not all of us are on Cable or DSL. Some people are still on dialup and those posts take forever to load. I'm on a wireless connection right now in my truck. It's a little faster than dialup, but not as fast as cable. It's not that bad for me, but it still takes a little while to load.
Plus....links or thumbnails save a ton on S2K's bandwidth.

Feel free to disagree. I've also been on broadband for 5 years now at home, but there are some who are still on the slower connections. Plus, S2K came up with that rule for a reason and I feel like we should all abide by their rules. This is a free forum with great information and by abiding by their rules shows respect and appreciation for what this site has to offer.
