Just as a reminder:

Storm ID names beginning with AL8 are research or test storms...they are NOT actual storms!

Storm ID names beginning with AL9 are INVESTs (Area of Investigation). While too weak or disorganized to meet minimal criteria for a Tropical Depression, an INVEST is an actual area of disturbed weather.

Storm ID names where NONAME appears are areas of disturbed weather where Tropical Depression or Tropical Storm status is forthcoming.
