well...3 hours and 30 minutes roughly before the start...7 hours and 30 minutes if you wait until 12 A.M. Since I go to bed before ten...I'm going with the official start, which is 0000 UTC, or 8 P.M. EDT...However...have fun celebrating the coming of a new hurricane season...cause I will be fast asleep (I wish for 6 months) :) Have a drink or 2 for me...(I am to young to drink alcoholic beverages...:lol:)

Yea! I know the season has started --- the Easterlies kicked in this evening and we got a nice cloudburst! :D :D :D

Yea! I know the season has started --- the Easterlies kicked in this evening and we got a nice cloudburst!


True but they will be short-lived. Back to Westerly flow tomorrow and into the weekend.

We're a bit over 2 hours from the start of the Atlantic season, and we are a bit over 8 hours from the start of the Central Pacific season (Hawaiian time).
