No...repeat after the President's address, and then they follow that with the conclusion which will go from 9 to 11pm E/P

Good, I guess they decided against airing Oprah's Legends Ball. As if I cared to watch a bunch of celebs at a party to which I wasn't invited.

*sigh* Izzie needs a hug. :)

At the clinic here, code black is for a violent patient (and thankfully I've only heard it once in 3 years!!! )

Meh. 2 hours was too long.

The first hour was really good... 2nd hour was too much. Felt like it was dragging on and the ending wasn't a cliffhanger and was boring. I don't have any excitement over what happens next. Most of the characters are annoying too.

8/10... first part was nearly a 10, but the 2nd part was a 6.

I think they seriously jumped the shark, especially with Denny's ridiculous death scene. Hour one was okay, but hour two was painfully unentertaining.

That was my issue. The Denny death had been building for months so it was very anti-climatic. I have to say, the dog being put to sleep was sadder.

I was VERY bored and starting to change the channel by 10:30. I never have loved the show(always thought DH was better), but the 2nd hour was well below a normal episode. The whole prom thing was stupid and childish, and of course, Meredith and Derek got together again. MAJOR surprise.

What I don't get is that the show is called "Grey's Anatomy." So Meredith is the main character? And I'm supposed to sympathize with the main character, an intern who wants to screw up all her years and hard work in med school to have an affair with a married attending? What the heck?

Gotta admit, Izzie's a little over the top with her shenanigans in the linen closet with Alex. But she's way cuter than Meredith, even if she did go a little whacky this past episode.

I'll take Izzie, George, Callie, and Bailey over the rest.

The Bailey character is terrific. She is such a good actress. George is a sweetie.

I find George whiny and irritating. I find Dr. Gray to be the same.

The show as a whole, though, was entertaining until this horrible finale. I hope they recover quickly next season. My theory is the writers got bored with the super-mushy Izzie/Denny dynamic and want to return to the clear and interesting tension between Izzie and Karev (sp?).

Nahh, George is getting better. He's not as whiny as he was in the beginning. I agree with you of the Izzie/Denny dynamic, but I really liked Denny. I hear that next year Grey's Anatomy will be televised on Thursday nights opposite CSI!!!!!!

Yep. It won't have a show with 20 million viewers as a lead-in either. I supported it moving off Sundays, but now it has no support. It'll do really well, but won't beat CSI.

NBC/ABC/CBS Fall Primetime schedules are posted here, FOX and The CW tomorrow.

Daggonit! Now if G's A is moving to Thursday, I *could* have had a chance to watch Crossing Jordan again and see if they get Jordan and Woody together. But now I see CJ isn't on the schedule next year. So, I guess I already missed the finale...or it's next week opposite the 2-hour DH finale.

Anyone watch CJ and can tell me what the latest is?

Crossing Jordan will be back in January. No timeslot announced.

NBC has the 10.5 sequel on Sunday so Crossing Jordan is already over for the season(I don't watch it). I think it ended on May 7th.

I think izzy needed a slap in the face. she went crazy. i think her leaving would be good even though i like her character. glad to see preston is ok and kinda saddened by the whole shepherd/meredith thing never getting resolved. i feel like we're starting over from season 1pm.

The "Code Black" episodes (two-hours' worth) are airing again right now on ABC.

There is an AWESOME 4-minute music video for season 3(premiering September 21st). It's quite spoilerish though.

http://66.49.225.172/ga/videos/thefraymvid1.zip

ABC aired it on Thursday Night after the 9pm repeat.
