What a difference a month makes

Just a month ago our eyes didn't leave the Southern Hemisphere and all of our attention went to the basins down and under. Over the past few weeks after Mónica all the tropical activity just seemed to fade away in the Southern Hemisphere. As time goes on, the attention will shift to the Atlantic.
