These maps are very low Quality but the PDF versions are in B&W and printable. Not sure why maps for other areas such as the Phillipines are so hard to find. Dont they need to track typhoons so they know if they need to take action? Same with the Indian Ocean. Anyway, heres the links and with a good image editing program, you can add the lines to make the coordinates go by ones instead of tens of degrees.
