supposedly I95 is back open, but FHP and Division of Forestry wants people to avoid I95 from Brevard County north to Jacksonville if possible due to the fire dangers....


very very very similar to 1998.

Northern Florida has got some rain in some areas, easing drought conditions slightly in some areas. Other than that, however, drought conditions remain extremely firm, and has spread a bit in central and southern Florida. Latest graphic...

what is the latest arcage burnt, homing fatalities (houses lost), and evacuation orders for fires in florida?

Drought has eased a bit in many areas of Florida due to recent rains, especially in northern Florida. Even in central and southern Florida, the drought conditions has eased a bit due to recent rains.
