Ok look there was NO Invest! The NHC just wanted to test the equipment before the start of the season so they could make sure everything was in working condition before the first REAL Invest came! This never had a chance to develop the water was to cold where it was and the wind shear was to strong and increasing! You will know when we get our first real invest believe me!

If a storm heads that way this Summer there should be plenty of advance warning.

This is just getting stupid now. There was NOTHING that would've come in the gulf. I don't know why I keep responding to this...all we're doing is feeding the troll now.

Though it was obviously a test...it was a winter-storm gale...with gusty winds....nothing tropical of course...but nevertheless an interesting feature

Even though it was only a test...I must say: Bye 91L and good riddends...though you never caused any harm, nor ever would as a tropical system...I must say you caused quite a panic when there was nothing to panic about in the first place...

uh...the forecasters here have been stating that since thread #1...it is only a TEST by the NHC/NRL...

There never WAS a chance. The only reason this was even an invest was this was a test for the NHC and the NRL's microwave products (the NRL said so). It's not even a blip on the screen as far as concern for development...

It NEVER was.

You guys are going to be certifiable the first time we actually have something to watch that might actually have the chance to develop. I've never seen so much discussion over a cold front on a tropical board.

Yes, NHC did. As has been stated, it was written in this thread by a meteorologist (weather expert) who spoke to someone at the NRL. Perhaps you should read the whole thread (including part 1 and 2) before commenting. Or, are you trolling?

I'm not saying you are, but... when there's a blue puddle of ink on the floor and someone comes along and calls it red, after 20 times people, including color experts, have said "no, it's blue", but that person continues to insist it is red, how do you expect people to react? That is exactly what a troll does. It's not a matter of differences of opinion, but common knowledge.

If some here seem rude, it's because they are frustrated at using their time and effort to explain to you, over and over again. They really are nice people. :cheesy:
