Well it is the first "invest" for the North Atlantic. It actually looks a little better now but as long as the center is worse looking than its "outer bands" it has no chance what so ever.

i totally understand why everyone is on edge...the 2005 hurricane affected many many people along our coastlines.for me it took my bestfriend wish was my SISTER my she rest in pease.she lived in new orleans.I trust everyone here in storm2k will do the best they can to keep all of us well informed during whats to be another active hurricane season.

I'm so sorry. It must be hard to lose a friend from something so devestating. Sometimes I just think of a family member dying and I just cry. :cry:

you know that night katrina turned into the cat 5 monster in the gulf i did not sleep praying KATRINA would weaken but apparently she did not weaken enough.to this day i still really dont know what happend to my sister,iam sure she did everything to prepare hereself but KATRINA was just to much.i waited day after day to see if we got a phonecall but we never heard from here again.it kinda reminds me of hurricane andrew i myself really thought i was going to die with that hurricane those howling winds just would not go away.i truly hope for those who have not been threw a major hurricane never have to go threw to it because its very very scary thing to go threw.it can affect u in many ways and iam not talking about material things, that night was in the back of my mind for a very long time. :(
