Maybe I should have voted "no" but I know better than to write a system off because it doesn't look good. Emily, 2005 for example. Before it entered the Carib. many people automatically said Emily was dead, gone, no more development. Once it entered the Carib. it bombed and alot of non-beleivers ate crow.

91L isn't even being monitored for tropical or subtropical development. The "invest" is to test microwave products.

Yep...and right now a lot of microwave sensors are gathering test data.
