This thing looks pretty sad, can't believe they put a invest on it...Thought invests where used for systems that had a chance for development?

i belive it does have a chance...
there are some much warmer waters in the Gulf.
If she heads that way... watch out!

It's just driving me nuts! I'm going to back down now and stop responding. If there is any new people, I appologize, however, it's not getting in the Gulf despite what C2K says.
