Myanmar is a very poor country. I will be surprised if they even have a weather service.

YES, I THINK THAT SHE WAS PRETTY ANNULAR. THIS IS THE FIRST CYCLONE/TYPHOON/HURRICANE THAT I HAVE SEEN MAKING LANDFALL WITH WINDS AT 180 MPH OR MORE. JUST UNBELIEVABLE!!!
