Wow for those newbies that were not here at the peak of the 2005 season here is an example of how things can get at this forum when things heat up bigtime.

Also take a look at how many of those are just "lurkers" and come here for real information......;)

Sheesh. That seems like it was just a few weeks ago. I'm hoping for boring fish this season (sorry!) 8-)

Mmmm... fish. I need to grill some fish. :wink:

I dunno... I still "forecast" that any blob in the basin will be overforecast by the majority here on the forum. I mean... some how we have to break the record of 28 named storms... :lol:

When a major hurricane is roaming near our coasts is that the forum really comes alive. Sometimes we have problems logging because there are so many people logged. It's incredible and really interesting.

The chatroom gets crazy as well. Sometimes 100 ppl in there when a storm threatens.
