GUYS CHECK THIS OUT U CAN MAKE OUT A ROTATION NEAR THE BAHAMAS!

CHRISTY - you may be right for posting this topic -

this is going to get really interesting as ridging is building over the entire western Atlantic.....it is only April and conditions are still unfavorable especially since the SSTs are only in the mid to upper 70s

I would be more conderned with area A as it is under less shear than area B. Not that I am concerned about it at all really. LOL

I also see what looks to be a rotation near "B".

Here are the current winds in that area....

comments from pro mets? This is a rather interesting setup for April....

we have August like ridging in the Western Atlantic and a system that should have a window of opportunity of low shear int he nex 24 hours

of course things can change quickly this time of year.

Look at the southwest piece... it seems to be separating and forming some convection/a circulation. This may be the place to look for development, if it occurs. Does anyone agree?

that is what ive been looking at all along. here is somthing most people dont want to hear: after looking at a radar loop (http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/DATA/RT ... -loop.html) it seems that it could be heading in the direction of S. Florida.
