Phil Klotzbach is one of Dr. Gray's students. He'll be basically handling all the seasonal predictions from now on. Dr. Gray will assist a bit, but he'll be devoting his time mostly to the global warming debate.

well actually iam not to sure because there are alot of factors that have to play out!for example this strong ridge we are having might be a sign of a persistant bermuda high in 2006!well see what developes.
