Yeah, it must have been seen elsewhere. It's between 20-25% down at this point. It was likely an F1 tornado when it first touched down.

If it holds up, the city of Ada (population 17,000) is in line as well.

Looks like we are starting to see tornaodes come down. Lets see how many drop tonight.

Me too - this is the western edge of the severe weather area. I think the worst is from the dinner hour until after midnight.

Talk about prepared for Tornado Alley! That is impressive! It makes it difficult to watch other areas though - I can't find any feeds from central Kansas or south-central Nebraska.

Really tough to say at this point. I dont know if the atmosphere is sapped from this first round or not. NWS stuff should be updated around 4pm or 4:05 cst.

At taht point it'll be a lot easier to give an estimate. I think we'll probably have a second more powerful line of storms.

I know that if the storms track farther east, we have reliable sources out of Central Missouri and Central Illinois...but that would be tonight.

Of all the nights to have a dress rehearsal that I can't miss... *sigh*

The coverage out of Springfield, Illinois on 3/12 was pretty good. I think it was the NPR station there.
