IT looks like a cold gale system as it moves NE and deepens as it moves that way.

Never know could become subtropical or even tropical. I doubt it, but still bears watching.

Interesting phase analysis for this system . . . it is indicated to develop into a rather shallow and still asymmetric warm-core system by T+144 as it moves NE across the Atlantic - bears watching, but even if it did become subtropicalish, I doubt the NHC would pick up on it right now.
