EVERYONE HOLD THE DEBATE THAT A FINAL DECISION ABOUT THE SUBTROPICAL STORM IS STILL PENDING!

JUST GOT THIS FROM FRANKLIN:

Dear Sandy,

It appears that I spoke a bit too soon about the unnamed subtropical storm. I have been informed that a final decision on this system is still pending. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Regards,

James

Even though it won't be named, if it is indeed called a subtropical storm, it should be named Eta.

I took out the sticky as there is nothing as a stone about NHC making a report about this system at this time.
