Storm Chasing MMORPG

if some one were to make a Storm Chasing MMORPG first of all would you play it or atleast try it out? Secound what types of features would you want in the game and what types of things would you want to be able to do? Also is there any one who would be interested in helping out with this type of project? please contact me if you would like to help!

I really don't have a game design or anything in mind. This type of game has never been done before or atleast not that I have seen so I would like to get peoples feedback on it before I take the time to write up the game design document. Also I would like to get peoples thoughts on things that could be added to the game. I am big into weather and Natural disaster types of stuff and would like to see this type of game being made. I was thinking about something that would be so relistic that it could be used as like a training sim for FEMA or The American RedCross. You would have a choice of being a weather forcaster, Storm Spotter, Storm Chaser, or Emergency offical. Then each day there would be a chance of some type of Natural Disaster or Man Made disaster that you would have to respond to, chase, or forcast. Then things like en economy, skill building, and other things could also be added to make it fun. Thats just a rough idea and could be changed or whatever.


Also for those of you who don't play Computer games that much MMORPG stands for Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game.

I played a storm chasing game one time... only I was the tornado and had a bunch of things trying to stop me... I had to try to cause as much damage as possible. If i find the link i'll send it here you guys might like it. Though I haven't played in a while but, I will get the link and post it.

lol yeah thats why I am asking around trying to get some idea if people would be interested in a game like this. Also you can add more things to it to make it appeal to a wider range of players.

Also If I were to make this type of game I have no clue when it would come out. My company (unregistered) Empire Productions is busy working on 2 MMORPGs right now. One is a Fantasy game based on Greek Mythology and the other is a game kind of like GTA (Grand Theft Auto) but a online game and it will be diffrent but its that type of game. So once these 2 games have been released with in the next couple of years then we will get started on this storm chasing game!

Definately sounds like an interesting project. I know I could help with design and some of the coding . . . of course the coding part depends on what language you're using.
