Southeast of North Carolina?

It's probably nothing, but an area of circular convection exists to the southeast of North Carolina. Any thoughts on it?

More likely to be a Nor'easter than anything tropical...I'm more worried about a potential tornado outbreak...

It's an intense extratropical system and nothing to worry at this time.

Ah yes, it's pretty bad now. When I first saw it, it had plenty of convection near the center.
