I will update it tonight. My work load lately has been to the point that I'm rarely at home.

I am having some connection errors in uploading the update to the webpage... *but* the MRF links for Boloetse will work for 09R. Furthermore, the JTWC links just need the 09 changed to 12.

As for the timer... it is working fine. Why do you believe it needs fixing?

I think it just reads you system time. What does confuse me though is my system time is 00:42 and it says there is 100 days 22hrs 18 min left, which would take it to 11pm on the 31st May.

well... it's going to run based on your computer's time.

Regardless, the page is fully updated now.

Hmmm... I just noticed that as well. I'll look into it later--I don't have the time right now. :wink:

Very funny. :wink:

I guess my computer knows I'll be in British Summer Time as of the 26th March and so it is taking that into account. If you change the code to

Code: Select all

later = new Date("Jun 1 2006 1:00");

it should do what you want I guess. That is until the clocks change there anyway when it will then be an hour behind.

Ah... since it uses local time, it accounts for the hour lost in daylight saving.

Okay... then subtract five hours from the counter. After daylight saving time, only subtract four hours.
