Finally getting it out of the way. A few pop up showers. Nothing bad. This morning was terrible on my way to work at 4:30 am. First it started lightning. Bad, wicked and nasty.I headed W on my street to get on I-95.
Police had the ramp blocked off. A wreck I guess. While I was sitting at the light waiting for it to change, lightning hits a transformer about 50 yards away. While I'm watching the sparks fall the light changes. I no more than cross 95 when the bottom drops out. It's raining so hard I can barely make out the reflectors on the road. I swear I thought I would have to stop for a while. It took me about 30 min. to drive 7 miles. As hard as it rained I only had 1/2" for today. I for one am glad this mess is over.

Yeah it's a bit much.I'd rather spread it out so I won't have to remember to cut on the sprinkler.
VB- No I'm not growing webs but I did pick-up some fire ant bites yesterday. I guess they're mad at me for throwing the mango's away. They were eating them.
No need to worry about flooding at my house.
(Snickering with an evil grin) It all drains east away from my house towards US 1.
Now they're calling for a nice HOT weekend.
