Can someone PLEASE explain this to me? I consider myself a relatively intelligent person, I mean I DID complete my Associates Degree in Criminal Justice with a 3.98 GPA but this DOES NOT make sense to me

I'm sitting here at my desk at the PD listening to the scanner, I've counted 28 accidents since 0730, not within the city limits, all in the county sheriffs jurisdiction and now this......................

now you know what it is like to live in an area that rarely gets anything. I would feel happy to see a flurry every few winters down here in the south.

That's EXACTLY why I live at 7102' in elevation.......it's SUPPOSED to snow, as I posted in another thread, I am now 102" behind NORMAL snowpack........I've offically thrown in the towel on winter, right now, there is NO season, we're stuck in limbo, it's NOT winter, it's NOT Spring.........it's NOTHING
