Jelawat had a 90nmi eye. The 200 nmi eye Aslkahuna is refering to is another storm.

That huge eye of jelawats was only 90 nmi! what was the name and year of the storm that Aslkahuna's talking about. I gotta look this up.

The 200 mile eye was Typhoon Carmen in 1960. I posted a link on the first page of this thread.
