Those closes appear to be altocumulus standing lenticular, although I may be wrong. Regardless, it is a terrain induced cloud, which is confirmed by the picture's location: Colorado Springs. Along with the ACSL, it looks like there is some altostratus and a some cirrucumulus way up there in altitude.
