Does anyone know his last name? Then, you could go to yahoo people search. Type in his first and last name, plus his city and state. And it should show his phone number and someone could give him a call and check on him. Or try calling the Wal-mart where he works again. But, they probably won't release any info on him unless you maybe pretend you are a family member or something. Then, they may put him on the phone.

I know you've all looked this up, but I didn't realize John hasn't posted since Dec. 13th. This is just not like him. So now I understand why you're all concerned. Hopefully he'll check in soon.

It seems way out of character for John not to have posted in recent weeks...before the holiday season rush he'd post like gangbusters here in his Wal-Mart Journal...whatever he called it.

Oh man, I hope he is OK. I know his Mom didn't like him living in the apartment where he was living and I think he might have moved from there, I can't remember. I do remember some posts of his saying that his doctor had told him he had PTSS and he was depressed. Hopefully he is OK and will come back soon!

I do have a friend who is a District Manager over Security at Walmart stores. He is not in FL but I am sure he could find out something if someone would send me his last name in an IM. I actually met this guy on a local board way way long time ago, so I know he would understand that we were concerned and would help us if he could.

That's what I was thinking too Eric. He would have been telling us how crazy Wal Mart had been and wishing everyone a merry xmas at the same time.

Kissimee is only about 20 minutes away. I was thinking of popping into the Walmart there and snoping around if he doesnt show soon.

I would go down to the wal-mart and check on him if I could. But, it is a good 12-hour drive away. This is reminds me of the time we evacuated for Hurricane Katrina. As soon as I got to my aunt and uncles home in Ville Platte, an almost 3 hour drive, I immediatly checked into storm2k. Luckily, my uncle let me use his computer whenever I wanted to. Because I consider storm2k to be like family and I did not want to worry anybody since they all knew I was in the strike zone.

I hate to jump conclusions, but it is awlfully odd he has not posted through the holidays. I looked and there are 3 super Walmarts in Kissimee, so I would have to get in touch with Ducky to see which one he is at. So maybe this weekend I will take a short drive up there, we were planning on going to SeaWorld this weekend and its out that way toward Disney/kissimee.
