At a minimum it will be partying at home. We have the fireworks to go along with it too, but with it so dry I am not sure we will set any off. Unfortunately it is not really safe to be outside in our area around midnight because of all the guns being shot into the air to celebrate(Mexican tradition and a felony). It is also my SIL's b'day and we sometimes have a party for that.

Staying home with my kids! Have to remember to run to the grocery store and pick up some sparkling grape juice - my son thinks that is a huge treat since he had it at a wedding a year or so ago; will probably rent a movie we can all watch together; then when 6 year old DD falls asleep my son and I will see if he can stay awake until midnight LOL. Not a problem for me - I am a night owl. No real partying for me - I got that out of my system (well, for the most part
) before I had kids.

As of earlier tonight, Dick Clark is hosting.
Regis is gonna be on Fox this year. Dick Clark *should* be hosting on ABC.
As for me, unless I get a last minute invite somewhere, the answer is most likely no.

We just found out our snowbird neighbors about 8 doors down have arrived and will be hosting "a bring-your-own-bottle(s) and munchies to share" Extended Happy Hour tomorrow evening. We'll bring beer, a bucket o' frozen rum runners, champagne, super-hot buffalo tenders, and chocolate. I swear, if I don't get the holiday chocolate (dark, my fave) out of the house, I'm going to need a wagon to carry my fat a** around...!

Stay near the caffeine, Garrett!
How can you fall asleep at a party?
Get quite a few years older, then, ask that question again,
Brent!

posts - man! I can't keep up the merry 'ole all-nighter pace
like I used to! The body has been driven to that "certain time
to go to bed, certain time to get up" habit for so long, it
does not accept changes like PARTY!
LOL, Dee Bee, I bought a little bag of Cadbury Chocolate
Truffles, yesterday, and, I had to hide them and pretend
that I forgot where I put them!
