I have a most likely unseen video of Katrina...
My dad just got back from working in Miami, and he brought home one amazing video.
Someone who works for State Farm was in Biloxi, Mississippi during Katrina, right in the bay, and they took incredible home video of the storm surge.
The video is absolutely amazing, I am almost positive no one has really seen it outside the State Farm offices, it is burned on a dvd. The video is 23 minutes long, and remarkable.
I am wondering if anyone would like to see the video... but I have no idea how to go about. Could I get it onto the computer some how? I have a website, so I can host it. I just need to get it on the computer first.
Any advice... questions?
You literally see the houses being torn away right in front of you as the storm surge rises. It is scary.

Do you have a DVD player on your computer?
I have Windows Media Player 10. When I insert the disk, it asks if I want to open it in a folder or WMP. Does that mean anything of help saving it on my computer? Copyright issues, the person made hundreds of copies and handed it out to a lot of people at the State Farm offices in Miami, I don't think they will be too concerned. If they ever do find out, I'll take the blame.

Yeah... Many of his comments reflect exactly what I was saying on the morning of August 29. And that surge coming up - with all the debris - looks quite familiar... A sight I'll never forget. Helpless indeed!!
