Yes I have a whiny cousin Colin who is 5 years old, and as much as I love him, he can be a real neck cramp!!! If he was a hurricane, he would peak at about 150 mph. :eek: :lol:

How do you know this?


It was released after the WMO meeting during the Spring of 2005. Shortly thereafter it appeared on the NHC's website: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/aboutnames.shtml
