IMO won't happen but you never know....
I would not be surprised to see a tropical system form towards year end or at the very beginning and I am strongly considering forecasting this in the next day or so. Not sure whether CV though.

It's pretty unlikely though.
Well like I mentioned I was only thinking about making it at this point and time. I need to do some more research. I will post something if I think it will occur. Just like I might forecast a snowstorm for the NE and Midatlantic.
