I've been doing building inspections in St. Bernard for the parish. This is certainly not doctored. Last Tuesday, I saw a Chevrolet Cavalier hanging on a roof in Violet. We inspected a bunch of duplexes. Mostly one story with water levels of 12 feet. While it isn't a common sight, you do see things like that. One more common sight is tool sheds, refrigerators, logs, and sticks on top of houses.

And, if there's one thing I can say... most flooded houses look structurally sound, and will be salvaged. Certainly good news for some.
