When 96L will be a sub or tropical system? Or Never will be?

I say a close call but it may be a subtropical system in the next 2 days.

What do you think?

I said 10pm tonight, but the NHC will take it's time, so Tues 4pm

It goes Subtropical but does not fully go full-blown Tropical.

I think it will be upgraded if not at 10 AM, at 4 PM, the lastest.

In my view they will wait to see how the organization continues to improve or not so I think that 4 PM EST is a good time to do it if the actual organization trend continues.

Agree, that's why I voted 4 PM. Also, knowing how the NHC works, I will agree that they will wait more time to be very sure that the system has made the full transition to tropical.
