For me it's a tie between McDonald's and Wendy's. :)

Sidenote: I love KFC, too, but a KFC buffet restaurant that is near my folks and I in north Raleigh is so trashy that it turns your stomach...a shame that a certain locale's employees don't take better pride in an establishment when it comes to being clean!

I had to go with Subway, since it was on your list, but my favorite sub chain is Jersey Mike's. We rarely eat burgers or fries anymore.

Wendy's has great grilled chicken sandwiches and salads and McDonald's has the Filet O Fish sandwich and salads. :)

It's a toss-up between McDonalds, Wendy's and Subway.

I voted subway, but I don't consider that fast food, because it's made to your order. Subway would be in the category with pizza, hoagies, etc.

To me, "fast food" is where the food is or can be made before you arrive, the menu is fixed, and there are no variations (OK, burger king lets you choose to a degree, but a whopper is still a whopper, with or without the pickle). In that category, I'd put Arby's at the top of the list. Their beef and cheddars are better than anything. I'd also put KFC, Long John Silvers, and Taco Bell in that category.

Ed I added Arby's to the poll list.

I hadn't thought of it that way but I agree with Ed about Subway. Anyway, I rarely eat "fast food" but when I do, it's usually Taco Bell or Subway. I voted Taco Bell.

I rarely eat fast food either, but when I do it's thumbs up (no pun intended) for Wendy's.

Subway for sure.

Everything else on that list is empty fat and carbs.

But what fun is eating if you eliminate some fat and carbs from eating...just have those in moderation.

My favorite was Subway. I loved the subway melts. But, they have one in the mall and since I work in the mall, I was eating there all the time. So, got a little tired of it. My personal favorite is not on here. I love Raisin Canes. I love their chicken fingers, texas toast, and their really good unique dipping sauce. Wendy's is also a close third for favorites. I like Arby's but we don't have one near me.

Arby's, then Taco Bell, then the rest. Haven't ever eaten at Subway yet.

And that is exactly why some fast food chains are offering salads nowadays. :)
