Our Poppysky Is Cookin' A Birdie

#1 Postby azskyman » Wed Nov 23, 2005 3:12 pm

Olivia, my little sister and me, we're confused. Our grandpa (Poppysky) is cookin' a big birdie tomorrow for us to eat. He says it will taste good. I think he said he will be dressing it too...so how can you cook a birdie when it has clothes on?

Sometimes he seems smart, but when he asks sissy and me to fly over on an airplane with mommy and daddy just so he can cook a birdie with some clothes on, I'm not so sure.

Anyway, I see there are some hot dogs in the fridge in case the birdie tastes all fuzzy tomorrow.

Papa says we're going to Zoo Lights at the Phoenix zoo before we go back home to California on Saturday. At least there they don't cook the birdies, they put lights on them instead.

Our Papa, Poppysky, told me to wish you a happy Thanksgiving.

Even if he is goofy sometimes, he still makes us laugh.

Next thing you know he will be telling us some story about Santa Claus landing on a cactus.

Love,
Emma and Olivia
