I agree the convection has formed right over it around 16.5. Depression maybe by tomarrow.

looks like the outflow you would see from a hurricane....

this thing could strenghten quickly as indicated by the healthy
outflow that is resisting shear very well

92 became TD27 and dissipated again..but yes.
