Thats a LLC...hope the NHC calls it at 10, it really deserves it.

I agree the convection has formed right over it around 16.5. Depression maybe by tomarrow.

this thing could strenghten quickly as indicated by the healthy
outflow that is resisting shear very well

92 became TD27 and dissipated again..but yes.

And why the heck aren't they upgrading?
