I'm pagan, but I don't run around feeling like less of a person because someone greets me with "Merry Christmas". I welcome it. This is the time of year to be nice and greet everyone you see with positive intent (I wish it would happen every day, however).
If folks are secure in their belief system, then the traditional holiday greeting in this country shouldn't offend them.
