Not saying that it will happen with this TD but didn't I hear the same type of talk about Katrina when she was just a "disturbance" in the Bahamas? I would never say never after what we've seen the crazy season.

There's a big difference b/w Katrina in August in the Bahamas and TD 27 in the Car in mid Nov. with a Polar front diving down into the GoM.
