But I now wonder about that flight P.K. because it has continued to fly southward.Maybe going to 93L?

Those 36 kt winds looked to be at flight level - and I believe someone mentioned here about a 70% reduction due to the low level at which they are flying. Therefore, 25 kt surface winds seems about right.
