Your favorite meal?
Breakfast is my best meal of the day to start the day with vigor.
What about you?

That's a tough question. I also get very cranky and headachy w/o breakfast. I don't need much and actually feel much better with a light breakfast - half a bagel or an english muffin, one piece of toast, one banana, a cup of yogurt, or a bowl of cereal, just one of these, than if I eat a very large breakfast - fried eggs, toast, bacon/ham, etc. I feel very sluggish if I eat a large breakfast. That said, my favorite meal is probably dinner. That is when I eat larger portions. But if I had to choose, breakfast is my most important meal - I feel downright ill when I've had to fast for surgeries/procedures, etc. Funny how our body gets used to certain habits. My husband can skip breakfast, have a cup of coffee only, water until lunch and he feels great. Me? I'd be a major mess by noon!!! LOL

Ahh, I was clicking on the thread thinking of a nice big salad with all the fixins and ranch dressing, or a plate of chicken fajitas, with chips, picante, chili con queso and guacamole, or rice and gravy with anything, or...
but you want to know which meal. hmm...I rarely eat breakfast so I guess it would be lunch or supper/dinner. Although if I haven't eaten breakfast or lunch, and I'm really hungry late in the afternoon, I enjoy what I call lupper.

Well I love breakfast food but I don't eat breakfast too often. I always eat lunch but I'm not crazy about lunch food. I love dinner foods but don't eat dinner all the time. So if I could eat eggs and sausage or lobster and baked potato for lunch, I guess lunch would be my favorite meal. Did that make sense????
lol

LOL. Sounds great, I make that often here as well. It is a hit among the girls and obviously the old man as well, haven't meet any man that doesn't like that meal.

I do need to eat breakfast in the morning or I get shaky.
