Prayers please
Well, here I come again, asking for a few prayers, this time, Michelle is in need. We were out dog training this morning before work, we had our 3 nutz out there and one new dog, a 2 year old German Shephard Molly. Molly's handler, a brother of mine in Blue with Pinetop PD.....we were working narcotics with Molly, she became a little over zealous to say the least and took a pretty good size piece out of Michelle's right hand, 3 hours later and 3 stitches (dog bites CANNOT be closed up 100% like any other large cut due to infections) she is doing fine, just sore. So if you would, utter a little prayer for MeShell?

Prayers and thoughts sent Michelle's way for a smooth and speedy recovery.
((((HUGS))))
I never knew that a dog bit wound couldn't be 100% closed...even with today's modern medical cleansers and medications. A new fact learned.

Thank you SO much for the care, prayers and concern! Daylilydawn, that was the FIRST thing they did at the ER, a tetnus (sp) shot, then a dose of Roseciflin (sp) a VERY strong antibiotic! She appears to be OK......she's TOUGHER than nails let me tell ya, if that had been ME

My threshold for pain is ZERO, ZIP, NAAAAAAADA!
Dennis
Dennis,
That is why women are the ones that have children, not men. Our pain threshold is a lot higher than mens. But I do draw the line at breaking a bone. Been there done that. That pain almost made me pass out it hurt so bad. It was the 3rd toe on my left foot and they couldn't set it because it is webbed to the 2nd toe about halfway up the toe from the base of the toes.
I caught a corner of a floor model TV in the web as I walked past it into the hall of the trailer we were living in at the time.
