Could Wilma weaken to a Cat 1 by landfall?

Could Wilma weaken to a Cat 1 by landfall?
I see a strong chance she will weaken to a Cat 1 before she makes land fall. What do you think.

Actually, most of those winds are coming from the cold fronts.

Yep, it's the front that's doing it, but I agree - it's pretty darn strong. The strongest wind we've had around here since Katrina. In fact, just a few moments ago, my lights flickered and WLOX went off the air!! (hoping my blue roof hangs on too...)

I agree with ya'll but the original poster hasn't posted on here too much and wasn't he posing it more as a question? We can answer the question without yelling at the guy. I don't think it will weaken and am not surprised that it has been strengthening. I think alot of people are not as prepared as they thought they were and it is as if Wilma is trying to prove that. Wilma is quite wicked. My prayers and thoughts are will ya'll in Florida.
