Yes... they found 90 kt in the NE quad.
SE quad will actually be the strongest in this storm.

Yes, and those winds were ~5kts weaker, as the SE quad is the front right with Wilma. Sure, it could be a sampling discrepancy, but if these winds exist in the SW quad, then certainly there are stronger winds in the SE quad.

Well maybe theyre stronger now? How long ago did they sample the SE quad.
