Those of you jumping all over Kevin should keep in mind your maturity level as a Junior in High School and think how much it is taking for Kevin to actually post to try and get information out to everyone. I would have been freaking out crying and a complete wreck, screw everyone else! Thank God I don't get a lot of warning with tornadoes so not a lot to worry about.
Honestly at what 17 years old do you think Kevin is in charge of making the decisions on when to evacuate? Cut him some slack he is only trying to help convience people of the actual danger.

I did the same thing Kevin on the WWL Board before Katrina. Now it was alot more serious like if you do not leave then you very well could die.
Katrina was stronger and we were dealing with New Orleans.
I was yelled at for jumping the gun and told I lost control.
Now people praise more for the warning I gave because it was truly needed and dire at the time.
